  14. As I understand it from some obscure note I found in one of Borland's 
  15. tech notes, there are several functions that are available for DOS but 
  16. not for MS Windows. The function "delay" is one of these.

  18. Does anyone out there have an equivalent piece of code that is usable 
  19. with MS windows and Turbo C++?
